This past weekend was probably the best weekend ever. And I've been to a track before, Texas Motor Speedway, but let me tell you that it doesn't even compare to Talladega.
My mom and I offered to go get my cousin from Alabama because she wanted to move back home. So when I found this out I started looking to see where the track was compared to where she lives and I found out it was like an hour and a half from there so I begged my mom to take me. And she did. Anyways if you go into the Hall of Fame there at the track you can take the museum tour, or a tour around the track, or both. So we did both. And on the tour we go from outside the track at the hall of fame to the main tunnel that takes you into the infield. And we went into the garages and saw the media center and the care center and then we pulled up to victory lane and the guy was like I'm going to let ya'll out for like ten minutes to take pictures in victory lane. So I have pictures of me standing in the same place Jr has stood!!!!! I am still in shock that I was standing in victory lane at Talladega!!!!! We were supposed to be able to go onto pit road but they were working on some lights and they had it locked up so we couldn't go but I still can't believe it!
