1. Dental Decks 2004----- the latest edition of the most popular test preparation material on the market, includes all the flashcards as well as two booklets (case study and colored oral pathology)
2. ADA released exams------ The complete set of ADA released exams from 1977 to 1993 containing colored pathology photos and radiographs with answer keys.
3. Kaplan part 2 review book----about 350 pages, reviews all the topics you need to know.
4. Rudman's questions and answers on NBDE part 2----- about 310 pages of exam questions and answer keys. Excellent supplemental material.
5. Unreleased exams ----- From 1998-2004 which can help you familiar with the current trends in recent exams and get hold of many repeats!
