Hi Vicky

I so know how you feel, my Sam starts nursery tomorrow eeeekkk and to be honest i am so nervous i could cry, most of Sams care plan has been done by our outreach paed nurses as they know him the best. I really hope its just our nerves and our little ones love school which im sure they will
