Amy is a lucky girl to have such determined and loving parents. Just knowing you have found the sydrome at least gives you some ammunition and weapons to deal with the struggle ahead. A small positive I know, but they all count.
I'm sorry to hear Amy has so many challenges ahead of her, but you have many friends on your side for support and help.
