All 4 of my children suffer with blue hands and feet - even thought its only the eldest who has ToF. Ollie today has blue lips - but a lovely pink tounge!

But when its really cold if I look closely I too have mottled legs (was much worse as a child) and blue nails.

Not sure that this will help, but I think we personally are a family with poor circulation.
