Sorry should have said its a hard capsule which you have to break open and sprinkle into something, but its got a strong taste to it and she just spat it out ( I tried some and it does taste strong). I will try making crispy cake tomorrow and see how she goes!!! I will keep you posted. Thanks for the advise x
