Dark clouds boy i can remember those. I have four children in total but my heart child is a twin. I remember when an incident with his twin sister. We was at a summer play group for children with disabilities and special needs luckily. I was so used to being very watchful of Jack and caring for him that when was daughter went all limp on me and had a ranging temperature instead of taking control i just cried and screamed for someone to help me. I had so many Mums running round getting calpol cold flannels and the most important thing for me tissues and a cup of tea. I felt so silly i just couldn't cope. I have many incidents Alice getting her head stuck under a stair gate, swallowing a 5p piece always putting things in her mouth she was. But we survive and it makes us stronger. The twins are now 13 and doing great. My way of escaping or having time out for dme was a lomng bath and a good bath but it was always about midnight by time i was ever able. No real advice just that you are not alone and you will survive.
