Just watched the ad. See what you mean, Hazel. I think they could just have said 'it's something that can be fixed' and yes, if it's just the voiceover, then it can be edited very easily. Is this ad being aired at the moment? If so, then it would be appropriate to complain to the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) and if enough people protest (or suggest rewording) then they should take action.
