I Just had a similar reply frm GOSH. Totally dismissive and they are obviously not intending to do anything about it. I think a series of complaints to the ASA is the only way to get any action.
I dont wish to denegrate any Hospital, especially one that does great work, but it does seem to be symptomatic of the attitude they have towrds parents. Fundraising is obviously more important than peoples feelings.
