Our son Jack had an ECG tape done last year, but as he is now 13 he understood a bit more about it and it was just a pain getting to the ECH and back twice. It didnt require intervention, but since then he has gone on to Lisinopril which seems to have helped a lot.
Its great that the children see the hospital as it was intended - not to be frightened of but excited to be going back. The child in me loves it as well. I realy want to be there when they clean the windows as the abseilers are contracted to dress as Spider Man and Superman. How fab is that!!
