CWF Mid-Atlantic returns to AC Fitness at 4507 W Market St. in Greensboro, NC for the LETHAL LOTTERY featuring Battlebowl, this Saturday night, September 29th. This will be the first time CWF Mid-Atlantic presents this unique event, in which tag teams are drawn at random and paired up in unique, once-in-a -lifetime match ups. The winners of these tag team bouts will advance to Battlebowl - an every man for himself over-the-top-rope battle royal in which the winner will earn the coveted number 30 spot in the 7th annual CWF Rumble. Last Saturday's Carolina Sports Arena event saw Ric Converse go berserk in an attempt to pay back Destiny for their deplorable attack on his brother, who is not a trained wrestler, at his place of business late last week. Converse made it known that Destiny stepped way over the line and what was already the most heated feud in CWF history has now escalated even higher. Commissioner Ty Dillinger responded to Converse's actions with a statement early this week: "Since day one as Commissioner, I have been all about being FAIR AND EQUAL. This is and has always been my policy. So if Ric Converse wants to get his hands on Destiny so badly that he is willing to stop MY live event and injure some of MY wrestlers like a maniac on a night when I couldn't even be there, and had put Lt. Commissioner Michael McAllister in charge, then he must want to fight us pretty bad. Well at AC Fitness, I will give him a fair and equal chance. I will enter MYSELF into the Lethal Lottery and if my name happens to be drawn for a team against the team that Ric Converse is on, so be it, he will have his chance to try and rough me up. But he needs to know one thing: the greatest Television Champion of all time "Simply" Steve Greene will be there too and promises that he is going to keep me safe – no matter what!" The announcement that Commissioner Dillinger will be inside the ring and entered into the Lethal Lottery has sent shockwaves through the locker room and left many salivating at the opportunity of potentially getting their hands on the Commish. Two such people who would love to have the chance are managers Brad Stutts and Sheik Cornelius J. Lumpkin III – who seem to have forged an uneasy alliance at the Civitans SuperBrawl based on their mutual dislike of the Commissioner's policies. Rumors have been flying for weeks about a huge business deal the two managers have been working on and Brad Stutts has gone so far as to say, on the record, that he expects a major announcement will be made possibly as early as this Saturday night at AC Fitness. Neither Stutts nor Lumpkin, or anybody else, will have any say over who teams with who as part of the Lethal Lottery, as the teams will be drawn at random live in front of the crowd at AC Fitness. But this potential agreement would certainly seem to indicate that if a member of Fatback Enterprises were to end up paired with a member of Sheik's Army, the two could coexist. But what about the other possibilities? What if a member of Fatback or a member of Sheik's Army ended up with one of the VIP's? Or one of the Neon Lions? Or Ric Converse himself?! The possibilities are endless. Everyone on the CWF roster realizes the importance of this historic night and the unique opportunities it will present. Two wrestlers who have never had any interaction together before could wind up partners in the Lethal Lottery and realize their chemistry as a team. Two rivals could realize their potential to dominante if they could coordinate their efforts on the same page. It could be a career changing night for so many of the wrestlers entered, especially the winner who will absolutely enter the CWF Rumble on October 6 at number 30. A Rumble win has been a springboard for countless future opportunities and at least one guaranteed title shot so the stakes in this unique event are incredibly high. Mid-Atlantic Television Champion "Simply" Steve Greene; Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Champions Gemini Kid & Jesse Ortega (the VIP's); 2007 Weaver Cup winner "Handsome" Mitch Connor & Donnie Dollar$ w/ Brad Stutts; "The 1st" Ric Converse; "Dangerous E" Corey Edsel w/ Sheik Lumpkin; Kamakazi Kid and even CWF Commissioner Ty Dillinger are among those already confirmed for this Saturday's Lethal Lottery, with more names still to be added. You will not want to miss what promises to be among most chaotic nights in CWF history this Saturday night at AC Fitness in Greensboro! Don't you dare miss it!!!
