++CWF Mid Atlantic & Premier Wrestling Showcase would like to thank everyone for making the Benefit for Brian Headen a huge success, as well as our friends at WMFY-TV's (Greensboro NC) Good Morning Show for their gracious advertisement and to WXII-TV's (Winston-Salem NC) News for covering the event live on their evening news. Mr. Headen is awaiting a kidney transplant and this event was organized to help him out financially during his recovery following his transplant at the request of friends.
++The Midnight Express' "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton was joined during his introduction by manager Brad Stutts, who entered carrying his own Jim Cornette-esque tennis racket. Stutts, confused about what year it is, introduced the Express only to be corrected by Eaton himself that he was the only member present in Gibsonville. Stutts and Eaton did not click, and after "Man Scout" Jake Manning was able to steal their match, the two exited the arena seperately after repeated threats from Eaton to do bodily harm to "his manager."
++Results courtesy of IndyInsiders.Com...Should this tag not be included in re-posts of these results, we will stick our collective tongues out at you and call you "stinky-pants."
++"Beautiful" Bobby Eaton interjected himself into the main event, getting a measure of revenge on manager Stutts by aiding PWS Heavyweight Champion Charlie Dreamer in retaining his title against "Dangerous E" Corey Edsel.
++CWF Mid Atlantic returns to action on Saturday June 7th at Burlington NC's Carolina Sports Arena for another be TV Taping!
