+++Xsiris entered the ring with the house mic to make everything right with former championship partner "Box Office Draw" Mikael Yamaha, but when he asked for his friend, Showtyme's Trevor Lee & Justin Duke entered instead. The two attacked Xsiris, doubling up on the fan favorite. pinning him to the canvas before Yamaha made his way to the ring. Showtyme held up Xsiris for Yamaha to attack, urging him to grab X's Ultra-J title strap for a weapon, but instead Yamaha attacked the cocky tag team. With the revived Xsiris back in the game, they soon sent Showtyme running up the entrance ramp and out of the building. Xsiris & Yamaha exchanged some of their doubts about the situation leading up to them dropping the titles and being forced to dissolve their team, with Yamaha finally admitting that after he'd checked up on the facts that everything Xsiris had said publicly and privately about a family emergency had checked out as true and they were now more of a "team" than ever before. Taking the celebration to the turnbuckles, X & Yam appeared back on top of their game before Xsiris attacked Yamaha and left him crumpled on the canvas.

+++Protests were filed moments after Destiny left the arena after being defeated by the surprise return of Lee Valiant & "Classic" Chris Collins, the Neon Lions. Destiny claim that the Gauntlet Match had been contracted prior to Collins returning to the active roster, and therefore should be ruled as #1 Contenders.
+++Back for "one more match" turned into nearly a regular at CWF Mid Atlantic shows in recent months and now has hit his personal highest achievement by winning the 2009 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament. Kazi, facing both Converse and meddling manager Cross at ringside in the final, defeated 2008 Weaver Cup winner Brass Munkey in the evening's earlier semi-finals, then made special guest of honor Wendy Weaver proud by defeating Ric Converse with her father's favorite finishing hold, the sleeper. Converse was ruled unable to respond by referee Redd Jones after a couple of minutes in the Kazi "Weaver Lock", sending the Aftermath from the arena in anger as Weaver's daughter presented the Weaver Cup to Kamakazi Kid.
+++CWF Mid Atlantic returns to live action on Saturday September 5th at Burlington NC's Mid Atlantic Sportatorium for FATBACK RISING II! VIPs are putting their tag titles up against Brad Stutt's Fatback Enterprises team of Edsel & Dollar$ with anything short of a title win forcing the Fatback team to dissolve.
