++"The One & Only" Justin Duke took full advantage of the lovely Kristin Flake on the outside and the ring apron to get a pinfall win over Rising Generation League Champion Chase Dakota. With Flake on the ring apron arguing with the official, Duke points out Dakota holding his manager's boot and went for a low blow behind the official's back to roll up the new champion for a non-title loss.
++Results courtesy of those schoolboys at IndyInsiders.Com. That was just creepy, but still, pass it along if you repost these results elsewhere!
++"Creepy" Cecil Scott entered the arena for singles action complaining about being called "Creepy" in his introduction, and left grumbling after the "One Man Boy Band" Roo-D Lewis put his shoulders to the canvas for a pinfall win.
++PWI International Ultra-J Crown Champion Xsiris took the house mic into the ring and asked why he'd heard such good things about Projekt X and why he was there. After a few vile words for the assembled fans, X left the arena.
++Tag team action was up next as the team of Jason Blade & Adam Page hit the ring to take on the first-time pairing of "New Era" Jimmy Parker and the CWF Training Dojo's latest graduate, Jason Miller. Page & Blade worked like a well-oiled machine, pulling out an impressive pinfall win after Miller abandoned his partner after refusing to take shortcuts with his opponent.
++RGL Champion Chase Dakota took the mic to the ring and called out his "best friend and tag team partner" Matt Smith. Smith answered the summons and stared in disbelief as Dakota informed him that he'd rather him not show up for his title shot against him at the 2010 Weaver Cup Finals on Saturday. Smith refused to fall into line with Dakota's unusual request, resulting in Dakota attacking him and trying to maim him by repeatedly spearing his shoulder into the steel ringpost.
++The Sindicate's "Untouchable" Evan Banks & Michael "the Fury" McAllister were out next with their PWI International Trios Championship, and a contract which allows the loan of the Aftermath's Jaxon Dane for the night's title defense. Challengers "Young Gun" Nick Richards, Arik Royal & Lee Valiant hit the ring and went to war in best of three falls championship action. The fan-favorites, calling themselves the A-Team, took the very first fall by pinfall in just over five minutes, but the Sindicate/Aftermath team took the second fall several minutes later to even the score. As the third fall began, all six men spread all over the arena brawling and PWI International Ultra-J Champion Xsiris made his way back to the ring, attacking Valiant as the referee attempted to maintain order. Valiant found himself pinned for the third fall and took several long minutes before he was able to get to his feet to leave the ring area following the main event.
++CWF Mid Atlantic's Projekt X returns to live action on Friday September 17th at 8pm! Tickets and reservations available ANYTIME at www.cwf247.com! Already signed for Sept 17th Xsiris v. Chiva Kid rematch! The winner will then face NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Mike Quackenbush on Saturday October 2nd in Burlington NC!
++NOTE! This just in! Matt Smith's match at the 2010 Weaver Cup Finals is in doubt after Smith was taken to the hospital after Chase Dakota's attack. Smith is suffering from a separated shoulder, with the degree of the injury as yet to be determined. More details on Matt Smith's condition as it becomes available...
