++CWF-MAX MASKacre kicked off with six-man tag team action pitting "New Era" Jimmy Parker, Shane Phoenix & Mecha Mercenary against Jason Bradshaw Miller, David Saunders & Chiva Lee. As with all CWF-MAX matches, it was fought under No-DQ and No Countout rules and became an around-the-arena affair within minutes of the opening bell. JBM started off laying down the law but after a few cycles of tags watched as Chiva Lee found himself being streched in four directions at once. With the ring official dancing to keep up with the action, Parker, Phoenix & the Mercenary walked out with their hands raised.

++"Creepy" Cecil Scott was out next to battle "One Man Boy Band" Roo-D Lewis in Karaoke Action. Stipulations ruled that if Lewis lost the bout, he'd no longer be able to sing or dance on CWF events; and should Scott be defeated, would be required to sing a karaoke song in the ring. Lewis made short work of his creepy opponent, pinning him in under four minutes before beckoning for Miss Chasity to bring song lyrics and Scott's reading glasses to the ring. Scott reluctantly "sang" along with the music, eventually seeming to be getting into it before the recording ended.
++Trick or Treat action was up next with four candy-filled pumpkins hung from each turnbuckle, and one containing a pair of brass knuckles which must be used to win the bout. "Infamous Icon" Joey Silvia was out first, stone-faced and ready for war and was soon joined in the ring by the masked Ben Mysterio. The crowd chanted "619" as Mysterio took an early advantage over Silvia, hitting several high-flying but the veteran "Infamous Icon" stepped it up a notch to retain an equal footing with the masked youngster. After both men started for the pumpkins, Silvia retrieved the knuckles and advanced on his opponent to finish the bout. "The Infamous Icon" Trevor Lee hit the ring, getting Silvia's attention before turning and heading back to the locker area, giving Mysterio a chance for one more offensive flurry. Silvia withstood the attack and used the knuckles to finish the match once and for all.
++Coach Gemini and Brad Stutts were introduced and presented with a table with a huge bucket full of water, having the two square off against each other in the traditional bobbing for apples competition for the choice of referee in the main event. With obvious use of his hands, Coach Gemini was able to get 3 apples out of the barrel in 30 seconds, retreating to the ring to watch Stutts try his hand at the game. As the timer began for Fatback's manager, referee-turned-wrestler Joseph A. Blackwail entered the building and went after Gemini. As all of the ring officials pulled the two apart, the official timer announced Stutts' time had expired and announced officially that he'd gotten 12 apples out of the barrel. With the win, Stutts was allowed the choice of ring officials for the main event Texas Tornado Tag Title bout, choosing former champion Brass Munkey to officiate.
++Halloween Costume Contest was judged during intermission with the "real" Chiva Kid out to make the final decision between the last three finalists. The fans chose another fan dressed as Chiva Kid as the winner, with a beautiful baby coming in second and a mysterious Jawa from the Planet Tatooine rounding out the top three.
++The Aftermath's William L. Cross made his way out next, in his tradition of dressing as another CWF employee at Halloween, chosing a dashing formerly long-haired ringside photographer & ring announcer of unknown origin. After getting jeered by the fans at ringside and saying his piece, he retreated to the locker area with a flock of women following.
++Kazi's Extreme Challenge action was up next with Rising Generation League Champion Chase Dakota w/Mecha Mercenary stepped up to battle the masked Kamakazi Kid in a square warzone. Despite help from the masked monster on the floor, a handful of steel chairs, due to the uncanny appearance of Dark Kazi, Dakota found himself watching the ring lights as Kazi and Dark Kazi made the final pin to the roar of the crowd.
++Texas Tornado Rules Mid Atlantic Tag action was the main event with champions Fatback Enterprises' Donnie Dollar$ & "Young Gun" Nick Richards w/Brad Stutts stepping up to defend against Coach Gemini's All Stars "Assassin" Ray Kandrack & "Messiah" Ty Dillinger. Referee Brass Munkey called for the bell and brutality ensued with all sorts of plunder introduced into the match, including steel chairs, baking pans, a street sign and a batter's helmet. With a small army of La Parka-masked assailants hitting the ring on behalf of the All Stars, they were finally ran off with the challengers taking advantage of their numbers in the No-DQ rules evening. Yet another La Parka masked individual hit the ring, but rather than running off, unmasked to show "El Fuego" Jesse Ortega and joined the Coach's team in assaulting all three members of Fatback. Referee Brass Munkey joined into the attack after making the three-count and calling for the bell, giving Coach Gemini's All Stars a brutal advantage, leaving all of the Fatback team sprawled on the floor and around the ring. Munkey demanded a group photo before the new "team" exited the arena, posing with the new tag champions and Coach Gemini's squad in the entranceway. Fatback's Dollar$ left the arena on a table, suffering from multiple blows to the head and a DDT on the concrete. Stutts, also left lying in the ring, was unable to assist removing Richards from the ring area as the fans slowly began to exit the arena.
