++Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Xsiris kicked off the night stepping through the ropes to face RGL Champion Jason Miller for the right to advance to the final of the 2011 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament. The cocky Heavyweight Champion gauged what the young RGL Champion had to offer and with a little help for a few distractions by manager William L. Cross, took him to the canvas for a pinfall win to advance to the evening's main event.

++Xsiris' partner "the 1st" Ric Converse was out next to face Arik Royal to advance to the final of the 2011 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament. Converse had his moments where he looked as if he'd finish off Royal to face his partner in the main event, but despite a concentrated effort on the leg of the young star, Converse kept finding Royal coming back for more. Despite the best efforts of the Aftermath star and his manager, Royal came another step closer to fulfilling his Royal Proclamation by advancing to the main event to face Xsiris for the 8th Annual Weaver Cup by pinfall.
++Eight-Man Scramble action was up next with two men entering and another joining the battle every 90 seconds. Elimination in this bout is by pinfall, submission or over the top rope and after numbers were drawn before the night's first bout, "Box Office Draw" Mikael Yamaha entered first, going to battle with the #2 entry Chase Dakota. "Surly" Cecil Scott drew #3 and "Arrogant" Aric Andrews joined the Scramble next. With three-on-one against Yamaha, the veteran was beat down in unkind fashion until he got a bit of reprieve as Joe Black entered at #5. Black quickly eliminated Scott but Trevor Lee entered at #6 to turn the tables once again. Ben Tyler entered at #7 and helped Lee eliminate the red-hot Black from the bout over the top rope. "One Man Boy Band" Roo-D Lewis entered last and was the very next wrestler eliminated, soon followed by big Andrews. Tyler found himself eliminated, followed by Chase Dakota, leaving Lee to battle the #1 entrant, Yamaha. Yamaha finished off Lee before the 15 minute mark by pinfall to win a shot at the CWF Mid Atlantic Television Title on Saturday Sept. 3rd in Burlington NC.
++Singles action was up next as All Star Michael "the Fury" McAllister w/Court Montgomery entered to square off against "the American Pitbull" Devin Dalton. Dalton took no prisoners and after taking a swing at interfering "Prince of Heat" Montgomery, he turned a full all-out assault on McAllister, forcing a submission in under three and half minutes!
++All Stars Walter Eaton & Roy "Tiger" Wilkins w/Coach Gemini & Court Montgomery to challenge the VA Bombers Jason Blade & Adam Page for the CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Titles. To even the odds a bit, legendary manager James J. Dillon joined the Bombers in their corner to repay an earlier favor prior to the night's first match. With another Mid Atlantic legend, referee Tommy Young, controlling the match, fans were treated to a great title match which was called down the middle. Dillon on the floor across the ring kept Gemini preoccupied but he did his best to help his team out by hook or crook. The Bombers continued to move forward, executing quick tags and with the unlikely aid of the shoe of J.J. Dillon, won the bout by pinfall to retain their titles.
++Mecha Mercenary, Chase Dakota & "Surly" Cecil Scott were out next to put up a check for $1,000 to anyone that could slam the huge Mercenary. Rob "Boogie Woogie Man" McBride took up the challenge, hit the ring and attempted to lift the big man. He stepped back, asked for his music again and lifted Mecha Mercenary almost to his waist before Dakota & Scott kicked the big man on top of Boogie. A three-on-one attack ensued which ended with ringside officials helping McBride from the arena.
++All Stars Walter Eaton & Roy "Tiger" Wilkins w/Gemini & Montgomery were out next to battle Fatback Enterprises for a Guaranteed Shot at the CWF Mid Atlantic Tag Team Titles. When the dust cleared after pairing off and brawling, the All Stars finished off the fan-favorite Fatback team in just over four minutes! The ring then filled with the entire All Star roster with Coach Gemini holding the house mic. Gemini called out the Tag Champs, enticed them to defend their titles a SECOND time with some rather choice comments about Page's father, the fired-up Bombers agreed to put the titles on the line.
++After a minute and a half of wrestling, the All Stars punched Tag Champion Jason Blade from the top ropes to the concrete, unmoving. Officials entered the ring to check on Blade as Adam Page took on the All Stars basically four-on-one. The All Stars exited the ring moments later with their hands raised by pinning Page as Blade was still motionless on the concrete floor, proudly displaying their newly-won tag titles.
++CWF Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Xsiris and manager William L. Cross were out first for the main event Final of the 2011 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament soon joined in the ring by limping Arik Royal. Quickly spotting the weakness, the Aftermath attacked with a vengeance and repeatedly took the war to the floor as Royal's pace began to slow as the effects began to show on the fan favorite. With his mother cheering him on in the bleachers, Royal kept showing a lot of heart, repeatedly coming back trying to even up the odds with the confident Mid Atlantic Champion. Twenty minutes into the bout, no one in the arena could figure out how Royal kept returning to his feet, but return he did. Catching the champion on the canvas and showing off his own knowledge of submissions, Royal kept Xsiris in the middle of the ring and forced him to tap out! Royal, when he returned to his feet, called out Joe Black, Nick Richards and Chiva Kid, who were followed out by Brad Stutts and Lee Valiant. After several emotional words from the 8th wrestler to get his name engraved on the Weaver Cup Trophy, Royal thanked those who had supported him and encouraged him to continue to compete and challenged his friends to pick up their game and shoot for championships.
++CWF Mid Atlantic would like to thank James J. Dillon, Tommy Young, "Pride of the USA" Don Kernodle & Rocky Kernodle for being a part of the 2011 Johnny Weaver Memorial Tournament.
