Weaver Cup Tournament Semi-Finals:
TREVOR LEE VS. ANDREW EVERETT
This has been arguably the most bitter, personal rivalry of the year in CWF Mid-Atlantic. Everett broke Trevor's jaw on February 2nd in a show stealing performance at National Pro Wrestling Day and they have been at war ever since. This highly anticipated Absolute Justice rematch will kick off the night at 7:30 PM sharp so don't be late! Be there when doors open at 7 PM to see who survives what is sure to be an incredible match and moves on to the tournament finals!
Weaver Cup Tournament Semi-Finals:
CHET STERLING VS. LEE VALIANT
This bout is a moment of truth for both wrestlers. Chet Sterling in his 2nd year as a pro looks to capitalize on a summer-long hot streak and legitimize himself as a major league player here. Meanwhile Valiant in 10+ years as a pro looks to reclaim former glory and secure one more shot at the Mid-Atlantic Championship by winning this tournament. It's a high pressure situation for both and only one can advance to the tournament finals!
Weaver Cup Tournament Finals:
Winner VS. Winner
The two semi-final round winners come back later in the night and square off in the main event for all the marbles! The winner gets a guaranteed future shot at the Mid-Atlantic Championship and joins a prestegious and honorable list of former tournament winners. Remember to arrive before the 7:30 PM bell time so you don't miss the semi-final round matches that will kick things off!
Six Man Tag-Team Warfare:
NICK RICHARDS, JASON MILLER and ZANE DAWSON
VS. DONNIE DOLLARS, MARK JAMES and ARIK ROYAL
The Mid-Atlantic Sportatorium may seriously not be able to contain what is sure to be an insane six man brawl. It was the interference of Richards & Miller that cost Royal his chance to three-peat as Weaver Cup Tournament Champion and an enraged Royal demanded to fight them on Finals Night. Donnie Dollars has been brawling Richards & Miller for months and Mark James missed two and a half months due to injuries inflicted by Miller. Arik Royal's team is coming to maim their competition on August 17th but the wild card is the unpredictable outsider Zane Dawson who finds himself on the same team as CWF wrestlers for the first time since he invaded earlier this year. CWF officials have brought six combustible elements into one unreal match where anything could happen!
For the Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Championship:
THE DYNASTY (C) VS. MATT HOUSTON & LOUIS MOORE
The "Mid-Atlantic Outlaws" of Houston & Moore have been dilligently waiting on a title opportunity while racking up win after win for months. They finally get their chance on August 17th in a duel between two of CWF's most popular tag-teams.
SMITH GARRETT & CHARLIE WESTON
VS. THE KILLBILLIES w/ Bobby O'Neill
Garrett & Weston are both off to rocky starts in their CWF tenure as neither man has found a partner they can co-exist with and both have been unsuccessful in attempts to capture the RGL Championship. They'll have a huge test on Finals Night against the former Mid-Atlantic Tag-Team Champions who went undefeated for almost all of 2012.
MECHA MERCENARY VS. KAMAKAZI KID
440+ pounds of raw fury clashes with a dazzling high flying daredevil in this awe-inspiring showdown. Expect to see caution thrown to the wind as both incredible athletes looks to snap out of summer slumps and get back to their winning ways.
Plus much more featuring: Rising Generation League Champion CHRIS LEA, CHASE DAKOTA, MICHAEL McALLISTER, powerful rookie AARON BIGGS and more! Late breaking news will be released at http://www.twitter.com/cwfmidatlantic throughout the days leading up to this super card but make your plans now to join us Saturday August 17th to see who is left standing at the end of the summer long Weaver Cup Tournament!
