We're looking for a house with owner financing in pasco. We currently live in zephyrhills, renting a house, but the county wants to buy it to straighten the road. This could happen in months or years, but we're looking to move as soon as possible. We have about $3000 down, but can save more if needed. we are looking to spend about $800/month. both have good jobs, just dont have good enough credit for a bank loan. Great references if needed, and you can talk to our current landlord to verify payments were always made on time, never late. There will be 3 of us... myself, my boyfriend, and our son.
