thankyou for replying. we got our credit check done, but my boyfriend has a judgement against him from a long time ago, and our credit scores are as followed: 554 for his, and 525 for mine. i am currently trying to repair mine, but all i know to do is pay some of my debts and try to make payments to show im trying on one of the larger ones.i have a past cell phone aready paid off, and im trying to make some arrangements with my old credit card company. other than that, im not sure what to do or how much itll help me. my real problem is that because of the judgement against him, i have to use my income which are in tips, so it doesnt help me much. the real estate agent that helped me said to use stated income, my credit scores would have to be at least 600-620. do you still think theyd help? how much does your credit score go up when you pay something off? youve been great, thankyou for the help. if i find something, ill call you, and please feel free to write back if you find anything. thankyou so much!! jenn, mike, and trace.
