Mr. Daidone, thank you for your responce to my search! Sorry about not putting in my email address.
Our price range would depend on the monthly payments. We would like to stay in the $900.00 or less range.
We have been pre-qualified for a morgage, but they want more down than we have at the moment so that is why we are looking for an owner fin. or lease option so we can get our equity built up.
Also we are not limited to the Marion and Levy counties as long as it is no more than an hours drive to Ocala so my husband can continue to work for the same company.
It can be a place that needs repairs as my husband is a carpenter.
We have horses so that is why we need as much acreage as we can get.
We also need a 3/2.
