The lot is 80 x 150 with 80 ft facing Alvarez. When you turn onto Alvarez Drive it's second lot on the left. The lot was owned by my mom who has passed. We're asking $8500. as the tax rolls value it at about $10100. Call for more details evenings after 5p or weekends 904-819-6859. I'm hoping to go out there this weekend and mark the lot.
