What Price range are you looking for?
I live in Melbourne, half way between the Eau Gallie Causeway and the Pineda Causeway.
Vacant lots are going for about $900k for 1/2 acre to $2.1m for 1.5 acres.
I live on 1.2 acres with a 2100 sq.ft house, and covered boat lift for a 30 foot boat@8000lbs.
My property is also directly on US1 and can be rezoned to comercial or multi-familty residential at a capacity of 15 units per acre.
I have 120 feet on the water, and the lot is 500 feet deep.
The house is not currently up for sale, but I have been considering selling it as I have had so many people knocking on my door offering upwards of $1.1m for my land, and realitors stating that they could get much more than that for my property.
