I am in need of a 3 bedroom/2 bath home in Vero Beach, Florida. I need either a lease option or owner financing for only 24 months. Once I have documentation that I have been on time with my payments, my mortgage company has already advised me that I will be able to refinance, putting the loan in my name. Because of lack of credit, this is the only way I am able to get financed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Patty
