I am looking for a home in seminole county or a mobile home,that is rent to own or lease option lease purchase.My credit from years ago is not good,so it has been hard to find a house and a loan.I am in a triplex right now renting and our neighbor is kind of crazy and I need to move in the next couple of weeks,because I do not want anything to happen to me or my mother.I need a house with at least 2 bedrooms and decent sized yard,I am willing to go into Deltona also,to find a nice clean home with some land.PLEASE HELP!!!!!
