me and my fiance are looking for a home we can invest our hearts in. we prefer to be in a secluded country setting,we are dog lovers(but we dont put up with chewing and scratching,the worst they get away with is some digging.)my other half is a jack of all trades but electrical and plumbing(he used to traval and build resterants from the ground up)and we have friends that do both so a house that needs work is no prob! like I said we want to be able to make improvements, build a shed or garage so all of his tools arnt in every room of my house!(if i stub my toe one more time!)we are good people that hate moving,our house now the guy who entered in to contract to sell,come to find out doesnt own it and has backed out,because the agreement he drew up wasn't to the standards required by law,it isnt legaly binding.otherwise we wouldnt even consider moveing.hopefully someone can help narrow my search!If email me please put house response in the subject so I dont delete it,send to Ranae97@aol.com,thank you.
