Looking for owner financed or lease / option in Seffner, Thonotosassa, the Western side of Plant City, Mango or Gibsonton. Must be at least a 3/2 with reasonable monthly payments. Will pay up to 130K for the right property. Will re-fi in 5 years or less. Property must have at least 1/2 acre - can be a foreclosure that needs some work. We prefer a one acre lot, if at all possible.
