I am looking for a townhome or condo to lease option, the one that I wanted, the owner deceided to sell out right to someone else. Now I am stuck, I am looking to live in the Lake Mary area 2 bedroom maximum price around $150000, however with my job change here to Florida and income loss, and the high rent that I am paying at this point and time, my credit is now suffering. I would like a lease option with little down, to purchase in two years. I am a former home owner, just trying to get back on my feet. My rent is and has been always on time and my landlord will give me a good reference. I do not want to rent , I want to be an owner again, If anyone could help, please let me know.
