I need owner financing for a manufactured home on the east side of the villages in lady lake, florida or a single family home. i have 10% for a downpayment. I would like to stay in the 110,000 $ range. Or I will consider a home in the Lady Lake, Summerfield, or Fruitland Park area. We are retired. Thanks in advance
