It's a little hard to tell what you're trying to say. If you mean the mwah is missing on this instrument, it's a function of the setup. Take it to a tech and get it set up correctly. Mwah is just the string vibrating against the fingerboard. String clearance at the nut needs to be about .010", the board needs to be level, and the board flat and action low.
