I'm afraid that www.warmoth.com sells fretless bass necks from 45 usd, and www.allparts.com from 240 usd. Depending of your bass model, strings number and budget. There's also graphite necks that cost up to 600 dollas (MOSES). But for some reason a fretless one costs 40 usd on ebay.
