I have sold 56 of these things, and really enjoy the attention it gets at gigs. It also travels well - I sneak onto United and Aloha jets all the time, and no one ever asks me to gate check it. I make a 3 string koa upright frettless bass 'stick' - It uses nylon strings and uses a piezo pickup instead of coils. I use external electronics (an EQ pedel to adjust tone and volume.)
