More on Vickers Fretless Bass.

Please see my previous posting asking for help! I have just removed the thin wooden plate on the back of the bass (which covers the controls cavity) and found it has written on the back of it: HAND CRAFTED BY I.H. VICKERS (then a signature I H Vickers) and then the number 002. The body is all solid woods. Can anyone help me identify this lovely piece of craftsmanship? I'm assuming it was made in the UK.
