I've been reading disappointing reviews, which sucks. The short is really good, I had the fortunate opportunity to see it while it was in the festival circuit. I kinda figured it would lose a lot of what it had going for it once they added All Star Celebrity Voice Casting! to the mix. Le sigh...
(addendum: the short was good because of the surreal atmosphere, direction, mystery and animation. I'll still see the movie, even though the only thing apparently kept was the superb animation. Le (addendum) sigh...)
(addendum addendum: I saw the short in a movie theatre, which significantly changes the experience when compared to the shitty quality youtube version on the web. It just ain't the same, damn it! This is also why I would like to see the movie in a theatre, even if the story kinda blows)
