Through January 3rd 2010, MS is offering Windows 7 to students as a digital download for $30 and they'll throw in a hard copy for an additional $13. All you need is a valid .edu e-mail address. I made use of my sister's address since she's a Mac user. (Don't tell Microsoft.)
