Paul, Please explain your comments on WINI.. besides putting good programming on, utilizing one of the best news achors in the state, beefing up the sports content, injecting well north of 300,000 into the air-chain with all new transmission equipment, doubling the monthly income... how (in your opinion) have we reduced WINI to a "shell" of its former self? Please elaborate john
