We better blame George Bush while we still can.
Honestly, Broadway leads right down to Wall Street, right? The stock brokers are all too broke to see shows, and Broadway has priced itself out of casual theatre goers.
They may also have realized that more money is to be made by opening a show up to amateur production earlier.
Wow, a whole post and not one smart a** remark...that might be a record of some kind.
