Since you weren't at the workshop my advice would be CALL STEVE ROTELLO.
Steve has a flow chart to explain your decision-making process. He has a search-able database with legal opinions and he says the system of tie-breakers and trump cards can be easily understood by any person who has mastered duplicate bridge.
Per the suggestion of my wife he is also giving legal opinions on the effect of your form as filled out for $10 on the actual days of auditions. I will be offering good advice for $20.
