I thought it went really well.....the auditions were really well organized. I was done in 45 minutes. Steve is right, no audition is stress free....but once you went downstairs you were whisked to different stations (to check your form, get your picture taken, meet with the piano player, etc). It all happened so fast, you didn't have time to get too nervous. I thought it was a great improvement. I loved the movement audition for non-dancing roles. Thank you!
Kudos to Gil, the audition committee and the Muni Board for making much needed changes. It wasn't the "event" of past years, but that's okay. The changes are worth losing a bit of spectacle.
