Kind Lords and Ladies of the theatre...
I'm working on an article concerning stage fright, and I'd welcome input from our hyped-up theatre community. Are there things about the dreaded affliction that you would share with me?
Specifically...
---Times when you've had stage fright and the consequences were not pretty.
---You methods..successful or not..of overcoming it.
---How your degree of stage fright has changed over the years.
---Plus anything else in the world you'd like to say..Specifics make good copy.
You can respond on the chat board, but I really need your name to credit the quote. If you'd feel more comfortable emailing me, please do:

Thanks.....(and perhaps just talking about it will be good therapy)

A starter: When Boris Karloff was a stage actor, he refused to go onstage unless he'd vomited. It was a necessary ritual.
