Robert T. Sataloff, M.D., DMA, FACS, professor and chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery of Jefferson Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is offering a free workshop to area singers, actors and public speakers Saturday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Dove Conference Center, St. John’s Hospital, 619 E. Mason Street, main level, Springfield. As a nationally recognized laryngologist and voice expert, Dr. Sataloff will present information on proper voice technique, the anatomy and physiology of the voice, and common diagnoses and treatments in patients with voice disorder. There will also be a question and answer session.
