Hmm.. It seems that the problem is that those who don't care about the quality of the production and are in it for strictly the fun and joy are the ones who may complain more. Don't get me wrong, I definitely think the fun and joy is what community theater is all about, but if you're only taking that stance and not a professional one, don't be insulted if your review is less than mediocre. There are some of us who appreciate the honest truth (which is what SJR should stick with) and it's kinda irritating when people complain because it's not what they want to hear. If you like the fun and don't care about the quality and will only complain when your review is less than perfect... don't read it.
Sorry if this sounded like a tactless rant. I tried.
