1st Team Manager
Dear All,
tonight was our first official training session at complete soccer. A total of 12 players from all teams attended. I am very disappointed with the turn out.
I will be reminding the first team this coming weekend of there obligation to attend training and failure to do so will result in them loosing there place if the reason is not reasonable.
I am giving them the benefit of the doubt for tonight's poor turn out but i will not tolerate it again, you have been told.
I expect a representative from each team to either post on the message board reasons for not turning up or managers to do so. I EXPECT all first team players unable to train to either contact me directly or via the message board to explain there absence. I will chose players who attend training over those what do not and i will name and shame those who do not.
This is your last chance and you have been warned,
