Huge thanks and respect to Phil for everything he has done for our club.

Really appreciate all the support from everyone as I take over the management of our first team for the rest of the season (including the messages I have received away from this messgae board). Hopefully we'll get a good run of matches, train hard together and enjoy our football while the club decides what is best for us next season.
