Lads,
Training Satuday is a 0950hrs meet at the Astley Arms car park, Seaton Sluice. The Astley arms is located on the main drive along the coast; if you travel north along the links Whitley Bay and into Seaton SLuice, Astley Arms located on the main road on route to Blyth. For you boy racers be wary of the speed camera directly in front of the Astley!!!!!
Meet at 0950hrs for a 1000hr start.
Superb effort and attitude so far by all those who have attended pre-season.
Needless to say don't bother bringing football boots on Sat.
