My name is Keyonda. I have a 16 foot Starcraft (pleasure boat outboard engine). My friends and I are interested in starting a motor boat club here in Richmond. It's four of us so far. We prefer to get more african americans involved with boating. We all under 40, so it's hard to get young blacks in our age group who's open to boating.
We boat every other Sunday on Lake Anna and we all have motor boats. Any pointers or ideas on how to get this organization up and going?
