Listen to Michele on the suitcase issue. That way you won't spend the trip moving your suitcase in and out of the head (bathroom) door because you packed like you were moving instead of vacationing. Know what I am talking about Michele???:-)
To the list Michele gave, I would add hanging air freshners (the ones you use in your car), plastic bags for head trash (if not on a Voyage 50), and an extra roll of toilet paper.
