YOU NEED A PASSPORT TO ATTEND BBS 2009
#1. August 7, (or before) fly to St. Thomas, USVI.
Plan to arrive no later than 330pm.
#2. Look for our BBS rep in baggage claim. They will take you to the Road Town Fast Ferry Dock in St. Thomas for the forty five minute ferry ride to Tortola.

#3. The Road Town Fast Ferry will depart at 415PM.
We are using only one ferry company this year and only one departure time...415PM. If you are early, Road Town Fast Ferry will stow your bags so you can walk to shopping or grab a bite to eat.
#4. The ferry's first stop will be West End Tortola for our Voyage Yacht Charter sailors ONLY! 
#5. The ferry will then continue on to Road Town Tortola for our Moorings Yacht Charter sailors. YOU MUST KNOW WHICH COMPANY YOU ARE SAILING WITH!!
#6. When you arrive on Tortola our taxi will pick you up and take you to your yacht.
#7. All of these transfers are paid for. Please tip your taxi driver.
IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE TORTOLA BEFORE AUGUST 7, AND STAY WITH US IN CANE GARDEN BAY...NONE OF THIS APPLIES TO YOU!
