What worked for me: Hosted dinners, yacht pick-up, ground transportation, early birds, White party, itinerary and the freedom to deviate from it,my crew ( Sea Alice, the best!)and most of everything else. Loved the experience.
Room for improvement: organization of group pix,
handing out of t-shirts (maybe ask for volunter from each boat to assist Fran, lighten her load, sha has so much to do),Pre-boarding party/dinner, to introduce everyone on all of the different yachts.
You do a masterful job of organization!
