Hi Jen, Other than getting a much larger size pj, cutting the sleeve is what I do OR if you know someone who can add material to the seam on the Reid sleeve side and make the sleeve bigger, that would be an alternative. Reid sleeve is not my favorite thing--last night had to take in off in the middle of the night because my elbow hurt! BBinB
