Hi Laura,
I've had the full 15-20 day treatment three times.
All I can say is that the massage feels great. The bandages are a pain in the butt. I think the secret to success is to keep up the bandaging and to do the exercises (which I don't do). I never got any major reduction but the treatment made me feel like I was, at least, doing something to help the situation.
